CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:

 

1. Cancellation Timeline:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund minus all event expenses purchased for said event and non-refundable deposits.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost in addition all event expenses purchased for said event and non-refundable deposits.

 

2. Notification of Cancellation:

  • All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or formal letter.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the cancellation notice is received by us within the specified timeline.

  • Cancellation Period: Customers must provide notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

 

3. Refunds:

  • Upon cancellation, any deposits or payments made before the cancellation deadline will be refunded excluding any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred by us on behalf of the client.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the cancellation notice to the original form of payment.

 

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Certain expenses, such as booking fees, decorations, custom add ons, permits, or non-refundable vendor deposits, may be non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds issued.

 

5 Rescheduling:

  • In some cases, we may offer the option to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

6. Force Majeure:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond your control may arise, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.

 

 

7. Termination by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failure or illness, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.
